The centre’s broad skills-base stems from its multi-disciplinary staffing profile that includes economists, sociologists, statisticians, social policy analysts, political scientists and experts in social works, child development, demography, psychology, law, public health and history. Advocacy, trainings and research is conducted on a team basis to encourage creative interactions and maximize intellectual and practical synergies. Our team is comprised of 17 full-time employees (11 males & 6 females) along with 35 volunteers, for the implementation of programs within the framework of CSPD.
